Shipping

• Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Standard delivery: 4–8 business days.

Exchanges & Returns

• No exchange/returns on festival/seasonal sale orders.

• No returns on COD orders.

• No exchanges/returns for:

  • Products bought on sale

  • White/light-colored items

  • Washed, used, or tagless products

• Exchange/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Size exchanges only: Example – Ordered Bedsheet (Queen) and need (King)? We’ll exchange for the same product in the new size. Color/design changes are not allowed.

• If the required size isn’t available, no refunds – you may select another product (price adjustments apply).

Returns

• Applicable to prepaid orders only.

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

• Return cost: ₹100 per product (covers shipping & packaging).

Exchanges

• Allowed for both prepaid and COD orders.

• Same conditions as returns (unused, unwashed, with tags intact).

• Not applicable for sale or light-colored items.

• Only size exchanges allowed.

• If your required size is not available, you can pick another item (price differences apply).

Sale Items

• No returns/exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• All discounted items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.

• No return/exchange on special offers such as Flat ₹799 Sale.

Cancellations

• Cancel before shipping = No charge.

• Cancel after processing = ₹100 cancellation charge.

• Please contact us quickly to cancel before your order is dispatched.

Defective/Wrong Product

• In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 88106 06681) or email monique.homes16@gmail.com.

Why ₹100 Fee?

This nominal fee covers quality checks, packaging, and shipping expenses. Actual costs are higher, but we charge only ₹100 to make your experience affordable – because at Monique Homes, our customers come first.
